Project Management.

End-to-end delivery — from feasibility to handover. We act as the single point of accountability between investor, designer and contractor, protecting cost, time and quality at every gateway.

The single thread that holds a project together.

Construction projects fail at the seams — between disciplines, between phases, between what was agreed and what was delivered. Our role is to own those seams: to define them, to monitor them, and to escalate them before they become claims.

We bring 20 years of cross-border experience, a structured methodology aligned with FIDIC and RICS practice, and a small senior team that stays on the project from kickoff to handover. No churn, no escalation chains, no surprises.

Whether we act as Owner's Representative, embedded PM lead or programme advisor, the deliverables are the same: a baseline you can trust, a report you can read in five minutes, and a handover dossier the operations team will actually use.

NAME ON APPROVAL

Common questions, candid answers.

Ideally at feasibility — the earliest decisions (site, brief, budget) carry the largest cost and time impact. We can however join at any stage; a structured handover protocol covers late engagement.

Three options depending on scope: (1) percentage of construction cost, (2) fixed lump sum, (3) man-hour rates with a capped budget. Most engagements use option 1 or 2; option 3 suits feasibility and advisory phases.

Either model. We act as Owner's Representative when the client has no internal capacity, or we embed a PM lead within the client team for knowledge transfer. Both modes are common across our portfolio.

Primavera P6 / MS Project for programme, Procore or Aconex for document control, Power BI dashboards for client reporting, and FIDIC red / yellow / silver for contracts. The stack adapts to client preferences.
