Site Supervision & Quality Assurance.
Rigorous engineering oversight, statutory compliance and uncompromised quality control on site. We safeguard build quality, material compliance and structural integrity at every construction milestone.
On-site presence that protects project value and regulatory integrity.
Even the most meticulously drafted design and contract fail if execution on site is poorly supervised. Unapproved material substitutions, non-compliant construction methods and inadequate quality documentation lead to structural defects, delays and costly legal exposure.
We provide full Statutory Supervision in strict accordance with national planning and building legislation, alongside comprehensive Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC).
Our site engineers act as the Employer’s eyes and ears on the ground, conducting systematic site inspections, auditing contractor methodologies, witnessing mandatory testing and ensuring that as-built works precisely match approved design documentation and technical standards.
Core functions of our On-Site Supervision.
A structured, 4-stage site supervision framework.
Auditing contractor mobilisation, site organization plans and safety setups. Reviewing Contractor's Quality Control Plans and material submittal schedules. Establishing formal protocols for site instructions, inspections and material approvals.
Performing daily site presence, inspecting works before closure/concealment. Signing official site registers and issuing site instructions. Participating in regular weekly coordination and technical safety meetings.
Witnessing field and laboratory testing of materials and load-bearing structures. Supervising MEP system pressure testing, flushing, balancing and integrated commissioning. Coordinating statutory technical inspection preparations.
Conducting detailed pre-handover snagging inspections and tracking rectification logs. Verifying complete As-Built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and statutory certificates. Supporting the acquisition of the final Occupancy Permit.
Tangible quality governance produced by our Supervision Team.
Fully signed and certified site logbooks, official site instructions and statutory compliance declarations.
Detailed progress dashboard featuring site photo logs, material testing logs, manpower tracking and quality non-conformance reports (NCR).
Verified inspection reports confirming compliance of executed works, installed materials and hidden construction elements in accordance with approved designs and statutory requirements.
Live digital tracking logs documenting identified defects, required corrective actions and sign-off status.
Physical joint measurement records backing monthly payment valuations.
Audited package of material certificates, test results, as-built records and technical inspection approvals required for handover.

Common questions, candid answers.
Statutory Supervision is a legally mandated obligation under national building laws to ensure a building is constructed according to the licensed design and building permit. Quality Assurance goes further, it is an active management process that focuses on material standards, detailed workmanship, preventing non-conformances before they happen and ensuring the long-term operational quality of the asset.
When non-compliant work or materials are identified, we immediately issue a formal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) or Site Instruction ordering the work to pause or be rectified. Unapproved materials are marked and ordered off-site and the executed work is omitted from monthly payment valuations until full compliance is achieved.
We combine daily physical site presence with field management software (such as PlanRadar or PMWeb). Defects are logged on site with photo evidence, exact floorplan locations and assigned deadlines, allowing the client and contractor to monitor real-time rectification status.
We maintain continuous interface with the original design team. While our team handles daily site supervision and technical execution, we bring in the Author's Supervision for critical design clarifications, architectural detail approvals or required minor design adjustments during construction.
